Prior to joining Qualfon, Christian served as the Chief Customer Officer at Foundever, where he led strategic account management for the US market. He was also instrumental in orchestrating the merger of the Skyes and Sitel client services teams, contributing to year-over-year growth achieved through navigating complex market needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence within the account management organization.

His extensive experience includes building and leading global teams in a very competitive customer experience market and rigor around delivering quality services. Christian holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from Regis University in Denver, CO, and a BA in English with a minor in Spanish.
